Shipping & Delivery
Mio Pelo ships to every country in the world. Your order will be shipped via Federal Express or registered airmail as specified by yourself at the time of the order, to the address you have provided. Therefore, it is important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.
Your tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. The purpose of the tracking number is to enable you to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays, so check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information needed to deliver your package. You will be charged for any additional fees imposed by the couriering company that are cause d by incorrect address information. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
If having tracked your shipment, and you have a discrepancy with the order or the package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org We will contact the couriering company right away and initiate a trace for your package. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending the couriering company’s investigation of the situation.
All packages must clear customs and the rules and regulations for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or paperwork that may be required.
Delivery costs are as follows :-
- All orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00pm next working day and have to be signed for.
- For next working day delivery, you must place your order before 3pm GMT (Mon-Fri).
- We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays.
- We do not deliver on bank holidays and public holidays.
Express: price on demand
- We can deliver to most countries in the world:
- Europe – 2-5 working days
- Rest of World – 3-8 working days (approximately)
Returns & Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges or refunds due to manufacturer’s policies and sanitary reasons unless the fault is with the product. Due to the automated nature of our processing system. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
Colour charts, colour descriptions and models pictures can be used as a guide only as the colour quality may vary depending on your monitor’s resolution. As Mio Pelo is 100% real human hair colours may vary from batch to batch.
Mio Pelo will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications, however because our hair is 100% virgin Peruvian human hair, you may notice slight variation in hair colour and texture.
Mio Pelo natural human hair is not a homogenous factory product and is subject to individual variations, with no two wefts exactly alike.
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 UK time, excluding UK bank holidays.
All orders shipped from Mio Pelo will not say hair extensions anywhere on the outside of the package. Your shipment will be delivered discreetly.
Your privacy is respected. We do not sell, share, exchange or release customer’s personal information and as such your information will be treated as confidential.
